Respect Life

In November, we continue to pray for those on the last miles of their earthly journey. May they have compassion and peace.

‍‍During the month of December, we will be praying for the poor and homeless. Remember to see the face of God in all people and to share our blessings with them.

Diocesan Holy Hour for Life – Saturday, December 3, from 8:30-9:30am after the 8:00am Mass at Saints Peter and Paul Parish 410 North First St. in Cary. Confessions will be available.

24 Hour Rosary -Thursday, December 8, the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception. We will pray for the poor and homeless and all other children of God. Sign ups will be on December 3 and 4 in the back of Church.

National Night of Prayer for Life - Thursday, December 8, from 8:00pm- Midnight in the Adoration Chapel. More details to come.

Holy Hour for Life will be on Friday, December 9, from 7:00-7:45pm. Pray in person at the Church or participate via the livestream.

Respect Life Meeting will be on Tuesday, December 13, at 6:00pm in the Cry Room of the Church.

Pray at PROPOSED abortion clinic site – Wednesday, December 14, from 11:00am-Noon at 611 Auburn Street in Rockford. You may pray there any time from 6:00am-6:00pm, but someone from St. Bridget’s Parish will be there at 11:00am.  

Respect Life Mass - Saturday, December 17, at the 8:15am Mass. The Respect Life Rosary will be prayed before the Mass.

Pray for Expectant Mothers - Click Pray for Moms to access the December resource from Walking with Moms in Need to help us pray for moms and babies in need.

Prayer Reflection - Called to Serve Moms in Need this short reflection connects our personal call as Christians to live out the corporal and spiritual works of mercy with care for moms and respect for life.

Registration is still being accepted for our Family Faith Formation program. First Communion and Confirmation registration is closed for the 2022-2023 school year.
