Safe Environment

The Diocese of Rockford is committed to providing a safe environment for our youth and children in all parishes.  At St. Bridget, we abide by the Diocesan Safe Environment Policies and The Charter for Protection of Children and Young People put forth by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. We ask volunteers age 16 and older to complete the Required Safe Environment Documentation prior to volunteering in any ministry.

Any time there are revisions made to required safe environment documentation, you will be notified to update your paperwork to stay in compliance with the requirements set forth by the Diocese of Rockford.

If you have already completed documentation at another parish, please call Debby Brown at 815-633-6311 and let her know which parish to call and obtain your paperwork.
