Be part of our Music Ministry!

We deeply value your musical gifts, and we invite you to share your love for music by joining our Music Ministry! We offer opportunities to share your gifts through being a Cantor and joining our Adult Choir!

Adult Choir

The Adult Choir consists of men and women, young and old who love to give praise to God through song. They beautify the 10:00am Sunday Mass from September to June with their wide repertoire of liturgical music. The Adult Choir also sings at special liturgies during Holy Week and Christmas! Rehearsal is on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm in the Choir Room of the Church. And we invite anyone high school age and above to join!*

Cantor at Mass

The ministry of the cantor consists of two primary functions. The first is that you are asked to be a psalmist, simply meaning that you proclaim the psalm during the Mass. The second function is to act as the song leader announcing the hymns and leading the congregation in singing. An extensive musical background is not necessary. We simply ask that you have a strong, confident singing voice and the confidence to sing in front of a large congregation. A cantor will usually sing no more than two Masses a month.*
